Staphylococcus auresus is serious pathogen of humans as it is commonly cause skin infection ,respiratory infection like sinusitis & food poisoning.it can also cause life threatning disease like pneumonia,meningitis,osteomyletes,endocarditis.The trait that is respnsible for disease by producing virulence factor i ie potent protein toxinand the expresssion of a cell surface protein that binds and inactivates antibody.Emmergence of antibiotic resistance strain of S.aureus such as methicillin resistant s.aureus is severe problem in world.
