the reason why there is a restriction on the entry of genetically engineered animals or plants is that it carcasses into the natural ecosystem with long term effects

animal welfare can take place at all stages in the generation and life span of an individual GM organism

there is 3 R policy in GM organism but despite that evidence of pubic concern according to welfare is always there

It can be used for malpractices and not for study purposed that's why this practice is restricted
