Sponges belongs mainly to multicellular organisms that is they are made up of several cells. There is no true organs or tissues present in the sponges. But they contain partial tissues which helps in function.where the functions of organs are taking place with the help of the pores which are present in the entire body of sponges which helps in respiratory, and fluid transport that is movement of water and minerals through them. Therefore sponges belongs to cellular level of organization.
