According to Mendel's law of independent assortment, alleles at separate loci are inherited independently.
       This leads to the charactertistic genotypic and phenotypic ratios.
           For example, in a dihybrid cross between two "double heterozygotes" ( AaBb x AaBb )
                The genotypic ratios are 1 : 2 : 1 : 2 : 4 : 2 : 1 : 2 : 1
but the phenotypic ratios can be written as 9 "AB" : 3 "Ab" : 3 "aB" : 1 "ab".

Thus law of Inependent assortment will be the correct answer.
