a).Bacillus subtilis.

b). It is prominent rhizobacterium used as an effecient biocontrol and growth promotion agent to protect plants from bacterial and fungal infections due to the formation of robust biofilms and the production of several antagonistic metabolites.

The presence of biosynthetic operons iturin, bacilomycin, fengycin and surfactin showed very strong antibacterial and antifungal activity against phytopathogens.

It also produce number of enzymes such as chitinase and B-1-3 gluconase, Endogluconase, proteinase, etc which lead to decomposition of cell walls of fungal pathogens.

Conclusion: it has a high efficiency of biocontrol agents.e.g- control of R.solani that cause root rot disease on legume crop.
