Huntington is a dominant neurological disease in which death of brain cells occur that initiates at age of 30 or 40. This leads to uncoordinated jerky movements of body. Progression of dementia. It may lead to severe physical disabilities heart failure, death due to fall and mood fluctuations.

Genetic testing for it is avaiable. Decision of continuing the pregnancy depends on posiyive testing and its social, psychological and economic implications.

Conveiving and genetic diagnosis may help the couple to make the right decision.
