- During processing Protien antigens are proteiolytically digested in the antigen presenting cells , then the antigens are loaded to HLC molecules which are present on the surface of antigen presenting cells. This process is called antigen processing.

The next step is , the Antigen presenting cell shows the antigens to the T-CELLS.This process is called antigen presentation.
