Though damage is already done by smoking for many years but still the risk of developing many cancers can be reduced by quit smoking. Surprisingly the incidencce of head and neck cancer are very less in a smoker who quit for 20 yerasare very lower than the non smoker.

Many virus like influenza cause seasonal epidemic every year. Therefore, new adapted vaccines provide updated response to combat the rapidly adapting flu viruses. And also that second dose of vaccination responds in a better way.
