Answer #1

Answer) option C. Type III

Type III protein secretory systems injects effector molecules directly from the bacterial cytoplasm into the host cytoplasm.

Type III secretion system also known as T3SS and Injectisome is protein which is found in gram negative bacteria.
The bacteria capable of causing infection has a structure which is needed like used as sensory which detects eukaryotic organisms presence and secrete its protein. The effector proteins which was secreted are then secreted directly into the host cells from bacteria cytoplasm.

Hope this helps, please do the thumbs up. Thanks in advance. Have a great day ahead.
