There are many types of fishes. But, a fish with high mercury levels should be avoided, because, mercury consumed during pregnancy damges the brain and delay in the development, also harm nervous system in unborn babies or young children. The mercury present in all fish doesn't pose a threat. So, Jill can eat fish which has low mercury and high omega-3 fatty acids such as

1. Salmon.
2. Herring.
3. Sardines.
4. Anchovies.
5. Freshwater trout.
