The entire idea is to reduce the waiting time for the patients, safe, clean and comfortable environment and clarity of destinations make the patients feel cared for, which encourages them to visit the doctors office the next time. The hospital employee does the same thing with certain modifications ofcourse due to large size and scale of the patients and the records generated.
