Wilson says that you don’t have to be an expert to apply evolutionary theory to life. You have now read about some evolutionary explanations for certain human behaviors, e.g. pregnancy sickness and homicide. Can you offer your own example of a human behavior/activity and attempt to explain it from an evolutionary perspective?
Stress or anxiety: Stress is the human behviour which can be explained as an evolutionary perspestive. When we are in stress we call the body to fight or flight. During the condition of fear we get stressed our adrenaline and norepinephrine flow increases which increase the heart rate and the mind to focus on the situation and it causes to get rid of the situation. For example if we see a tiger is running towards us we will run to escape from tiger which is caused by adrenaline to give us he power to run.
