Disadvantages of diagnosis is very less but I can harm the normal inferlite power or other side effect can be risen while diagnosing.

Treatment is ok but treatment can have side effects so it can harm the other organs of the body like liver and kidney.

Control of disease can be done by avoiding copulation and thus avoiding direct contact of male and female body.

Various STI can be seen in liver like hepatitis which can be seen in liver caused by inflammation and it can be sexually transmitted.
