Fate of blastomere to form specific organ or tissue is determine by the rsxpression of particular gene. So, for formation of heart muscle , expression of bHLH regulatory gene whose homologous gene in vertebrate is mesp1 and mesp2 is importnant in blastomere.

So, isolate mRNA from blastomere ----- proceed to quantitative PCR for particular this gene using specifif primer.

amount of expression of this gene gives clue if blastomere A is sufficient to induce neighboring cells in an embryo to become muscle
