Microbiome include all microflora present on skin, tissue, body fluid etc. These microflora lives in commensalism means they benefit to host and they do not get return. These microbiota beneficial in many ways. It protect body from pathogens. They play very important role in hosts non specific defence mechanism.

Some microbes are permanently living on body and inside body so they are residential.

Some are temporarily present . These organism are transient microbes.
