Mode of intake (zzz) effect of druge on body :- The effect of z-druge on human performance and driving . druge abus has devasting effect on the mind, behavior, and relationship but the permanant effect of z- druge on the body can slowly destroy vital system and function ,culminating in permanant disability or even death.

The z-drug ,zolpiden, zopiclone, and zaleplon have a spectrum of adverse effects caparable to benzoidazepines.z-druge are short acting GABA agonists that reduce sleep latency without disturbing sleep architecture. the residual effect of z- druge on next day cognitive and psychomotor performance has significance impact in lifestyle, safty and occupational and machine operation.
