Epigenetics:

With no alteration in DNA sequence , the study of the heritable phenotypic changes is known as epigenetics. It is above the genetics as it affect the reading of genes by the cell. E.g is modification of histone( a protein that pack DNA).

RNA interference:

A biological process through which translation is inhibited with neutilization of molecul of mRNA .RNA interference is also known as co-suppression.

Functions of nucleolous:

a)Helps in the storage of heredity material of cell.

b Helps in coordination of activities of cell like growth ,reproduction and protein synthesis
