Meiosis is a reductional division which gives rise to haploid gametes from the dioloid parents. The two meiotic errors are:
*Non disjunction: The chromosome don't segregate properly in this case during anaphase. This leads to produce abnormal gametes having chromosome count more of or less than normal gametes.
* Translocation: During the meiosis, there is found transfer of one chromosomal segment to the another. This gives rise to deletion of this segment from this chromosome. And it is attached at another chromosome. This gives abnormal chromosome bearing gametes.
