Answer #1

Answer-3 The correlation study showed that the patient of atherosclerosis has risk factor for the cardiovascular disease but it doesn't mean that everyone who will have atherosclerosis will have cardiovascular disease or vice versa because the risk factor are considered that they may produce the condition but it doesn't mean that they will produce the same condition in each and every person. Every body respond to these factors in a different manner so only a specific portion of the population having risk factor will develope atherosclerosis.

How can surveillance data effectively lead to COVID-19 prevention? Data gathered from surveillance are also used to create epidemiological models to predict where, how long, and how far COVID-19 will spread. Briefly explain with an epidemiological curve why this statement is TRUE. Briefly describe an example of an epidemiological study to show how we could get information about the risk factors of this communicable disease. For example, which group of people are at higher risk of developing COVID-19 infection?

From a scatter plot of data r2 = 0.0039 and no correlation is shown between exam marks and hours spent studying. The line of best fit of yp= -0.197x + 81 shows a negative slope, showing that the more you study, the lower the exam mark is. What changes to the data set could be made in general to account for this error.

Parents are asked to monitor and record the number of soft drinks consumed by their child over a one-week period. The children were weighed at the end of the week...

correlation measures the degree to which two variables are related to one another. Here are the definitions of the three possibilities: Positive correlations: In this type of correlation, both variables increase or decrease at the same time. A correlation coefficient close to +1.00 indicates a strong positive correlation. Negative correlations: This type of correlation indicates that as the amount of one variable increases, the other decreases (and vice versa). A correlation coefficient close to -1.00 indicates a strong negative correlation....
