• Km is a the substrate concentration required to reach the maximum reaction velocity. When [S] is much greater than Km then V₀ will be close to Vmax.
• Vmax is dependent on enzyme concentration; Vmax increases with enzyme concentration and becomes stable when all the active site of enzymes is filled.
• V₀ increases with the increase in substrate concentration with time in the begining of the reaction.
