Human guts microbiota are still micro biological phenomena. The human body is colonized by a vast number of microbes, collectively referred to as the human microbiota. it is is predicted that number of microbes in the human gut are more than number of cells in a human being. Fluctuations in the human microbiota in gut are related to many diseases like HIV, diabetes and many more and hence this provide new therapeutic targets and treatment approaches in clinical practice. Certain microbiota like lactobacillus perform tasks that are known to be useful to the human host; but the role of most resident microorganisms is not well understood.
