Mycoplasma
Mycoplasma lack cell wall and in comes under archea.
Mycoplasma lack cell wall hence they are resistant against beta-lactum antibiotics like penicillin.
Mycoplasma have no cell wall so it can not be detected by gram staining or acid fast staining.
When mycoplasma cells are placed in water or distilled water, they get lysed because of inflow of water causing turgidity in the mycoplasma cell.
So, mycoplasma is archea, insensitive to penicillin, not revealed by acid fast stain and get lysed in water.
