why coronavirus is one of the biggest problems today in the world/America?

There are several grim and grave issues which are coarsely responsible to make coronavirus the biggest problem and a pandemic in the present day.

The number of tests done everuday are not at all upto the mark. A rapid testing procedure is needed in this hour.

Also, there is a delay in sample procurement occurs which further makes the process of rapid testing further slow. Number of test kits are not sufficient.

Currently, there is no approved medication against the virus.

Also, no vaccine has been made or approved against it till date.

Coronavirus turned out to be a global pandemic as it rapidly spreads through an infected person's body fluid or droplets discharged during coughing or sneezing.

Additionally the number of hospital beds are quite low.
