If a microorganism has to infect the human beings living in New York city, then it has to observe the lifestyle of the humans.

As the people living in New York are mostly dependent on eating packaged or tin food, the bacteria can make its entry through the oral route. There can be chances the spores of bacteria remains alive after processing of cans and tins, which can then grow and infect humans on ingestion.

The public drinking water system, public toilets, public changing rooms, public swimming pools, gymnasiums,which are shared by all people can become the breeding ground of many kind of microorganisms, which can be transmitted by direct contact by touching contaminated surfaces.
