We know that in our eyes, tears there is a chemical mediators such as lysozyme and lactoferrin, play an important role in removing microorganism found on the surface of eyes. Gram positive bacteria contains Peptidoglycans layer which is composed of N-acetylmuramic acid and N-acetylglucosamine joined together through β-(1,4) glycosidic linkage. Lysozyme attack and hydrolyzes the glycosidic bonds present in Peptidoglycans of Gram positive bacteria.

So the correct answer is (D) Gram positive bacteria because all other organism does not have Peptidoglycans layer.
