Which of the following occurs during photosynthesis but NOT cellular respiration?
1. Water is split

2. oxygen is reduced

3. Light  energy is converted to chemical energy

4. Protons are pumped across the Thylakoid membrane

5. redox reactions are aided by enzymes

6. there’s a negative free energy change

Answer #1

You have not given any clear instruction that we are required to select one answer or multiple answers..

If only a option has to be selected then light energy is converted to chemical energy should be selected..

As photosynthesis requires light to carry on light dependent reactions, whereas, respiration does not.

In photosynthesis, water is oxidised to oxygen and in respiration it doesn't. So, if two options are required to be selected then select oxygen is reduced too.
