Explain the challenge to natural selection posed by the eusocial species

Eusociality is the phenomena in which some individuals reduce their own lifetime reproductive potential to raise the offspring of others. It is the most advanced forms of social organization and the ecologically dominant role of social insects and humans. Thus in eusocial insects, reproductive insects are separated from non-reproductive ones which take care of the youngs produced by the reproductive ones. This is opposed to the theory of natural selection as it emphasizes selfless behaviour.
