Explain (using biological terminology) what is occurring at the molecular level during transcription and translation in Eukaryotes.
In eukaryotic cell, transcription (formation of mRNA from DNA), occur in nucleus and translation (formation of protein from mRNA) occur in cytoplasm.
During transcription, dna bounded to histone protein is loosen and RNA POLYMERASE attach on promoter site for formation of mRNA. Then this mRNA go for maturation in which Capping, addenylation, splicing are included. Now this mRNA transport into cytoplasm.
Ribosome assemble around this mRNA in cytoplasm and cause formation of protein where tRNA bring charged amino acid.
