Answer #1

Histones are highly basic proteins found in eukaryotic cell nuclei that package and order the DNA into structural units called nucleosomes. The gene regulation are regulate by the chief protein like protein components of chromatin, they acting as spools around which DNA winds.

Histones regulate the gene in the chromosomes it is the main part of variation in species. It associate with dna and regulate gene through protien component and histone are protein.

Histone are purely protein components associated with DNA in nucleus and help condense it into chromatin. Nuclear DNA dose not appear in free linear strands it is highly condensed and wrapped around histone in order to fit inside of the nucleus and take part in the formation of chromosomes.
