'Torso' means the trunk of the human body.Torso is the central part,which extend the neck and limbs.it include the thorasic segment of the trunk and the abdominal segment of the trunk.A pull-up is an upper body strength exercise.Exact posture of torso pull type is arms and torso should form a 'Y'.To be more specific,each arm should be 30 to 45 degree angle,but no more than 45-degree angle.Look straight ahead and pull the body upwards towards the bar and pause then lower yourself back down to the original position.
