When a cell blocks a specefic molecule from entering into the cell it is the cell membrane which blocks its entry ino the cell as cell membrane is semipermeable.

when plants are severely wilted then the plant cell organelle central vacuole is involved as central vacuole maintains the turgidity of the plant cell.

The organelle which can perform its functions only during the daytime is chloroplast, because it contains chlorophyll which uses sunlight to synthesize food for plants by using carbon dioxide and water.

Antibiotics which damage cell wall in bacteria are safe for people because animal (human) cells do not have cell wall.
