In the given experiment, a researcher wants to study the effect of taking prenatal vitamins on the health new borns.

The experiment strategy would be as following,

1. Some pregnant women will be given adequate vitamins and the weight of their newborn kids will be quantified.

2. Other pregnant women will be given non-adequate vitamins and the weight of their newborn kids will be quantified.

Since, the researcher is intentionally depriving the some newborns from acquiring sufficient nutrition, this experiment is ethically not correct.
