The same system, which consumers can support everything at all, sustainable or not. By doing their research and knowing what they are supporting when buy a given product. Each dollar spent is a vote cast. When enough votes are cast for more carefully managed fisheries, healthier food, or better-managed forests, these things will occur. Consumers are the users of any product. companies do a lot of R&D to know consumer behavior, options , purchasing capacity etc. Once the companies locate consumer have interest and awareness for sustainable harvested products. Companies start focus in this direction. I think these organic products, eco- brands are the off grunge of the same consumer behavior and interest.
