Ans. People with inherited BRCA mutations who have metastatic breast cancer should be offered platinum chemotherapy ,if possible . Drug that may be used for metastatic breast cancer include : capecitabine (xeloda) carboplantin ( available as genetic drug ) ,tucatinib.
