MHC 1 is coded by genes and Alpha chain has three regions Alpha 1 alpha 2 and Alpha 3 which is coded by Alpha gene.

Beta 2 microglobulin is coded by Beta 2 microglobulin gene.

at the time of gamete formation one gene or each copy of chromosome is seperated.

separation of genes occurs in mendelian manner.

After fertilization offsprings recessive one copy of gene from father and another copy of gene from mother.

1. alpha chain is same in all six memebers.

2 alphachain protein have three domain Alpha 1 alpha 2 and Alpha 3 and Alpha 1 and 2 is involved in the interaction with foreign particle ,peptide or t cell receptor.
