Answer #1

Concordance rate is a term which is used to describe probability of a same disease to be present in individuals with shared genes.

Here, it is mention that in case of autism concordance rate of monozygotic twins is 90% while in dizygotic twins it is 10% . Hence in cases of autism, dizygotic twins chances of occurrence of same disease in twins is less as compare to monozygotic.

In another example it is mentioned that concordance rate of 14% for monozygotic twins and 149% in case of dizygotic twins. Unlike autism in case of acne dizygotic twins are more prone to get disease in both individuals in comparison to monozygotic twin.
