Answer #1

Exp1-

Logic: Use Microtubule depolymerizing agent like Nocodazole. It will tell microtubule are essential for given protein. mediated transport

EXP: Treat the cells with either nocodazole or DMSO and check by microscopy that GIven protein can move or not.

Result: If the protein can not move, it suggests that Microtubules are essential for movement.

EXP2

Logic: Use SiRNA to deplete the given protein and use labelled cargo. It will tell cargo will not move when proein is depleted

Exp: Use control or Protein specific siRNA to deplete the protein and check the Cargo movement.

result: I expect cargo proteins will not move in protein depleted condition compared to control.

There is some evidence indicating that REM sleep, associated with dreaming, may also play a role in learning and memory processing. For example, Smith and Lapp (1991) found increased REM activity for college students during exam periods. Suppose that REM activity for a sample of 16 students during the final exam period produced an average score of M = 143. Regular REM activity for college students averages µ = 110 with a standard deviation of σ  = 50. Do these data...
