2) the long,loose and weak upper extremity muscles are triceps and biceps

3) the short , tight and strong lower extremity muscles are calf muscles and hamstring muscles

4) the long, weak and loose lower extremity muscles are iliopsoas , rectus femoris and gluteous maximus.

5) the lower and upper extremity muscles are very important for locomotion. The abnormalities in the composition and action of these muscles cause diseases. The muscles have certain specific configurations and features in the movements. That are long ,short and weak and short , tight and strong. The abnormalities cause diseases like lower crossed syndrome and upper crossed syndrome.
