Blood is the main fluid of cardiovascular system of the body which includes blood, heart and blood vessels.

Lymph is an other fluid of the body which is not the main fluid but is an important fluid. It is a colourless fluid and is rich in white blood cells. It flows through the lymphatic system which includes lymph vessels called as lacteals. It is mainly associated with the absorption of fat molecules after their digestion.

The organs of lymphatic system are bone marrow, thymus, mucosa associated lymphoid tissue, spleen, peyer's patches, lymph nodes etc.
