Vitamin C can interact with Glucose test, hidden blood test, urine test, uric acid and bile rubin test.

Glucose test is used to determine glucose level in blood but vitamin C blocks the very reactions of the test and gives negative results. Similarly if urine is used to detect sugar, vitamin c being a reducing agent gives a positive result even when no glucose may be present in the urine. Hidden blood test is done to detect internal bleeding by sampling fecal material, but vitamin c gives a strong negative result.
