If the DNA template and the primer sequences are as follows

DNA template 5`-ATGCGTGCGTACATACGCAATTCGAACTGCGCTAACGGCCTTGCG-3`

Primer 5`-CGAATTGCGTATGT-3`

The next 5 nucleotides added to the primer will be 5'-ACGCA-3'

We know the primer will always bind to it's complementary sequence. The sequence of the primer is 5`CGAATTGCGTATGT-3` and sequence of the DNA is  5`ATGCGTGCGTACATACGCAATTCGAACTGCGCTAACGGCCTTGCG-3`

The sequence complementary to the primer in the given DNA and the primer binding site is given below. (Highlighted in red colour). The arrow indicate the direction of addition of new nucleotides

New nucleotides will be added to the 3' end of the primer and it will result in the following sequence (underlined sequence)

Therefore, the next 5 nucleotides added to the primer will be 5'-ACGCA-3'
