Answer #1

Seed has a three different main parts:

Seed coat

Endosperm

Embryo

Seed coat : This provide the protection to seed which has thick and thin seed coat.

Endosperm: It provide nutrients in the form of protein and starch. It nourishes the embryo till the embryo make its own food.

Endosperm of monocot contains one cotyledon and dicot contains two cotyledons. As these are three main parts of plant which are present in single unit of its seed so it's true statement.
