the vascular tissues xylem and phloem , which are present in the are extende through out the plant . From main stem to branched stem to leaves [midrib] to petiol [stalk of flower ] to petals of flower.

As we know the defination of flower , it is a modified shoot . means each whorl of flower [calyx, corrolla , androecium and gynoecium i] is a modified leaf , means all the whorls have extention of vascular strand in it which came from stem .
