Solution: The RuBisCO is the chief enzyme produced by plants during phostosythesis. RuBisCO is considered as thr most abundant enzyme/protein in this world because they are produced by almost all green plants and other photosynthetic organisms. The RuBisCO has been activated after the light reactions occuring in the thykakoid membrane of plants. The light rection is followed by carbon reaction involved by this enzyme RuBisCO. They fixes atmospheric CO2 (carboxylation) with Ribulose-1,5 bisphosphate for the generation of 3 phosphoglycerate. This 3 PG is later converted to Glyceraldehyde 3 phosphate for the synthesis of sucrose or starch in the cytosol or chloroplast respectively. Here the most abundant enzyme RuBisCO is executing the chief carboxylation process. They are responsible for the high amount of CO2 fixation globally.
