Why is it alright for a person to only eat one kind of meat but not alright for a vegetarian to eat only one kind of vegetable?
The meat can provide a wide range of proteins and vitamins essential for the body. No single vegetable or legume has all the essential amino acids that humans need to build the proteins that make up our muscles. Meat is a major source of five of the B-complex vitamins like thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12.protein, vitamin A, B, and vitamin D, and minerals such as zinc, magnesium, and iron. The individual vegetables are having different specific vitamins and other nutrient content thus eating a single vegetable cannot provide a fun diet. The meat is the flesh of an animal that had accumulated all its nutrients for the life of its own. Those conserved nutrients are assimilated into our bodies when we consume them.
