Carbohydrates:- carbohydrates are classified depending upon sugar molecules present in it as below

Monosaccharides:- it contains one sugar unit.

Eg. Glucose, when we feel weakness we can take Glucose as primary energy source.

Disaccharides:- it contains two sugar units.

Eg. Fructose, it is useful as industrial sweetener.

Polysaccharides:- It contains number of sugar units in it.

Eg. Starch, useful for industrial purposes.

2) Protein:- Proteins are building blocks of human body. Our human body requires protein in large amounts to carry out various functions.

Eg. Egg white, contains albumin Protein.

Spirited cereals like moong seeds requires for daily functioning.

Lipid:- Lipids are important for human body.

Eg. Oil, butter
