Photon It involves in light reaction. It provides light to reaction Chlorophyll a and Chlorophyll b absorbs light from the photon. Chlorophyll in P680 (ps II) absorbs a photon. It becomes excited and is a strong oxidizing agent and loses electrons.
H2O It involves in the photosynthesis reaction. It produces Glucose and oxyegen. It gives the electron to eletron transport chain reaction.
CO2 It also involved in photosynthesis reaction 6 molecules of CO2 and 6 molecules of O2 produces glucose molecule and oxyegen as byproduct. 6 CO2 molecules enters into calvin cycle and produces glucose molecule.
ATP Involved in Calvin cycle To produce glucose
NADPH Electron transport chain electrons come from coenzymes NADH and FADH2
