here, all the above options are correct, as repetitive sequences can lead to chromosomal rearrangements and aneuploidy and polyploidy

for example, in aneuploidy, there is a repititve sequence of chromosome num 21 which is chromosomal reptition only. in aneuploidy, there is a repition of chromosome ,example down syndrome, in which chromosome number 21 is repeated.

same goes for polyploidy, here there is reptiiton of whole set of chromosome, the whole haploid set of chromosome is repeated in here.

rearrangements of chromosomes may also lead to chromosomal reptiotions.
