List or types of microbes that evade immune system. ( NONE all these , someone already has Salmonella , Microorganism, Chlamydia trachomatis, Influenza, Shigella, Mycobacterium tuberculosis, E. coli) It is very important that you choose one you understand. There are some very complex examples out there. You should be able to explain it in your own words.

One thing to keep in mind is that microbes continue to evolve mechanisms to get around our immune system, sometimes even disarming it.

Salmonella

It is one of the microbes that infect our blood and intestines. One of the major type is Salmonells typhi which causes typhoid.

Route of infection: Food or drink having conatminated by the feaces of infected human. This infection is caused by the oral-feacal route. Somehow the infected being gets to engulf already infected feaces.This may also be trasmitted if the infected person does not keeps cleanliness like proper handwashing, may also transmit the disease.

Symptoms: The disease caused can be life threatening because it cause :

Frequent diarrhea which dehydrates the body severly,

Fatigue and Fever,

Dizziness, Headache

How does our immune systom respond to the infection?

Salmonella typhi invades our immune system making it week by firstly dehydrating our body. In response our immune system manges to make oxygen radicles that are lethal for the infection.
