Round worms has long round body but flat worms have flattened body.

Round worms are psuedocoelomate but flat worms are acoelomate.

Round worms have a outer covering called a cuticle but flat worms do not have.

Round worms have complete digestive tract but flat worms have an incomplete digestive system.

Round worms are more complex than flatworms.
